ENSO TEA strives to provide excellent customer service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you’re satisfied. We will gladly exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories that were purchased within 14 days of receipt. Should you feel the need to return an item, you must contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at a nominal cost to the customer. If you return items without contacting Customer Service first, you may be subject to paying full return shipping costs as well as delay the processing of your credit. ENSO TEA is committed to freshness. That’s why we ship our tea and other items the next business day after you place an order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.
To keep ground shipping prices as low as possible we automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location.
